Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Fu Tea item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with intact packaging and labels. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As Fu Tea is a food product, it is subject to dual food safety standards of both China and the importing countries. Returned items must pass customs inspection and quarantine review and comply with the food safety requirements of the importing country.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your Fu Tea order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has damaged packaging, moisture damage, abnormal golden flora (Jinhua), or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
As Fu Tea is a food product, for food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed Fu Tea cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special packaging or personalized gift boxes) are also not acceptable for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Middle East Consumer Protection Law Notice
As Fu Tea is exported to Middle Eastern countries, it must comply with local consumer protection regulations. In the UAE, consumers enjoy a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason; in Saudi Arabia, consumers have the right to return products within 7 days if the product has not been used. If the return period stipulated by local law differs from this policy, local law shall prevail.

Additionally, Fu Tea exported to Middle Eastern countries must comply with the food safety standards of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and may require Halal certification. If a product poses a food safety risk, the company will initiate product recall procedures in accordance with local regulations.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
