1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for your choice:

Please note: All delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, public holidays, force majeure, or other unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

2. Order Processing Time

• After order confirmation, we will pack and hand over the shipment to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

• All orders are dispatched from Jingyang, Shaanxi, China.

• During holidays or peak sales seasons, processing time may be extended; we will post notices on our website in advance.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and the selected shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout.

• For bulk orders (e.g., wholesale or corporate purchases), please contact customer service for a customised shipping quote.

• During promotional periods, free shipping or shipping discounts may be offered; specific terms will be stated in the campaign rules.

4. Customs Clearance & Duties

Exporting Fu Tea to Middle Eastern countries requires compliance with local import regulations. Please pay special attention to the following:

4.1 General Clearance Documents

For exporting Fu Tea to Middle Eastern countries, you usually need to prepare:

• Commercial Invoice

• Packing List

• Certificate of Origin (issued by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade – CCPIT)

• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill

• Health Certificate

• Quality Inspection Report (from a third‑party testing agency)

Some Middle Eastern countries require the Commercial Invoice to be authenticated by their local embassy or chamber of commerce in China, and some also require an Arabic translation.

4.2 Country‑Specific Requirements

Saudi Arabia

• SABER Certification: As of January 1, 2025, all goods exported to Saudi Arabia must obtain a Product Conformity Certificate (PCoC) and a Shipment Conformity Certificate (SCoC) through the SABER system. SCoC certificates issued after the goods arrive at the port are invalid. The PCoC is generally valid for one year.

• SFDA Registration: Food products must be registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA).

• Halal Certification: As a food product, Fu Tea must ensure its production process complies with Islamic law and obtain a Halal certificate from a recognised certification body.

• Labelling Requirements: Product labels and instructions must include Arabic (or bilingual Arabic/English).

• Origin Marking: All shipping marks must clearly indicate the country of origin (e.g., "Made in China"). Goods without proper origin marking may be returned.

• Customs Duties: Average tariff rate is 4.58%, ranging from 0% to 50%. Most food items enjoy zero or low duties.

• Personal Parcel Weight Limit: Usually 2 kg.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Labelling Requirements: Pre‑packaged food must have an Arabic ingredient list printed on the packaging (stickers are no longer accepted). For non‑retail packaging, English labels with Arabic instructions are temporarily acceptable.

• Clearance Documents: Detailed Commercial Invoice (with HS code), Certificate of Origin (CCPIT certification + embassy legalisation recommended), and test reports / product specifications in English or Arabic.

• Customs Duties: Most food products imported from non‑GCC countries into GCC member states enjoy duty‑free treatment or a 5% tariff rate.

• VAT Rate: UAE VAT is 5%.

Other Middle Eastern Countries

• GCC Certification: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan enforce strict certification systems; most consumer goods must comply with GCC standards.

• Iran: Please be aware of US trade sanctions that may affect business with Iran. A Certificate of Origin is required, and some products need authentication by the Iranian embassy in China.

• Jordan: Tea must meet microbiological limits – Salmonella must not be detected in 25g of any sample.

4.3 Duties & Taxes Responsibility

• All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other clearance‑related charges shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed between both parties.

• We recommend that you check with your local customs authority for applicable rates before placing an order, or set aside 15% of the total value as a buffer for tariff fluctuations.

• If the buyer refuses to pay the duties, resulting in the return or destruction of the shipment, the buyer shall bear all related losses.

5. Restricted & Prohibited Items

Please ensure your order complies with the following:

• Fu Tea must not contain alcohol, pork ingredients, or any non‑Halal substances.

• Packaging must be strictly sealed to prevent moisture and pests.

• Outer cartons must be robust and clearly marked with case numbers, shipping marks, and country of origin.

• Untreated wooden pallets or packaging are prohibited to avoid pest quarantine issues.

• No prohibited items (e.g., alcohol, pork products, non‑Islamic religious materials) may be included.

6. Order Tracking

• After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number via email.

• You can track your shipment on the carrier’s official website or through third‑party tracking platforms.

• If tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact us or the carrier for verification.

7. Damage, Loss & Delay

• Damage in Transit: If you receive goods with damaged packaging or products, please take photos immediately and contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

• Lost Shipments: If the shipment is lost in transit, we will help you trace it and handle compensation matters with the carrier.

• Clearance Delays: Delays caused by customs inspections, incomplete documentation, or changes in destination country policies are beyond our control; we are not liable but will make our best effort to assist you.

8. Special Notes

1. Fu Tea is a food product and is subject to dual food safety standards of both China and the importing country. Before export, it must pass inspection and quarantine by Chinese authorities and obtain an electronic customs record number.

2. Import policies of different Middle Eastern countries may change at any time. For bulk orders, we recommend that you contact us in advance to confirm the latest clearance requirements.

3. If special certifications such as Halal or SABER are required, please inform us early, as the application process may take considerable time.
